Product Description
This is a solar Trickle charger for automobiles. Just plug it into your cars cigarette lighter and it is installed. It has a built in LED indicator light to let you know that it is charging. This panel puts out about 1 watt of power wich will keep your battery maintained while your car is parked for extended periods. This is not enough power to recharge a drained battery in a usefull amount of time.
It is designed for care free operation. It has a blocking diode built in to prevent revers flow of power at night. This prevents the solar panel from draining the battery when there is no sunlight.

This was a great disappointment and I would not recommend buying this charger. It actually drained our car's battery instead of charging it, due to poor electronics. Sounded like a great idea because it was solar but it just doesn't work. We ended up buying one that was shown on "My Classic Car" website that runs on electricity and it works great. Don't waste your money on this.
